1. ACADEMIC RESPONSIBILITY

The app provides study materials for educational support. It does not replace official university lectures. We are not liable for academic results or exam decisions based on app content.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Materials are for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution or sale of notes without authorization is prohibited.

3. COMMUNITY STANDARDS (UGC)

You are solely responsible for content you post in the Community Center. We strictly prohibit:

• Harassment, bullying, or hate speech.
• Sharing leaked exam papers or sensitive university data.
• Spam, explicit media, or fraudulent advertisements.

We reserve the right to remove any content and Shadow-ban or Hard-block users who violate these standards.

4. PRIVATE MESSAGING

Direct Messages (DMs) are provided for academic collaboration. While we value privacy, messages may be reviewed if a user is reported for harassment or security violations.

5. IDENTITY AND VERIFICATION

• Verification badges (Blue Ticks): Granted via ID review or paid subscription.
• Paid Verification: This is a 30-day subscription. Access is revoked automatically upon expiry.
• Verification does not imply endorsement of a user's character by the platform.
• Submission of fraudulent IDs will result in a permanent ban.

6. SYSTEM MODERATION

Admins have full authority to implement 'Maintenance Mode' or 'Community Kill-Switches' during emergencies or university exam periods to ensure platform integrity.

7. ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

8. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
